The Botanical Art Society of Australia Inc. (BASA) is committed to protecting your privacy. Members

When you join BASA you provide us with your name, address, phone number, and email address and optionally a biography, photos and social media addresses. BASA collects and uses your personal information to process your membership payments, donations, event registration, product orders and deliver the products requested including our regular newsletter. All members can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your personal information is also made available to other members via a members’ directory accessible only to members. Members can control what information is made available in this directory via the privacy settings in their profile.

Contacts

Contacts are users who have purchased something from our website or who have registered for an event. Their name, address, phone number and email address are stored and added to our general email list.

Contact forms

When a user submits a contact form, we retain the information (name, phone number and email address) for customer service purposes. The email address may be added to our general mailing list for marketing purposes.
